Richard Frank Fisher, also known as Dick, passed away peacefully on April 12th, 2019, surrounded by family. Born on Sept. 2nd, 1941, he was the son of Raymond C. Fisher and Evelyn L. Becker-Fisher. Richard grew up in Derry, NH and later moved to Epping, NH for the later part of his life. Richard graduated from Pinkerton Academy and the University of New Hampshire. He was a teacher for many years and then became a water systems operator. Richard loved his farm and especially his sheep. He was known for helping anyone in need and having a heart of gold.
He is survived by his wife, Judith Golden of Fremont, NH and uncle, Richard Becker of Derry, NH. In addition, he is survived by his first wife, Beverly Acres-Fisher and their children Richard C. Fisher and his wife Cynthia Fisher of Derry, NH, his daughter, Cheryl L. Marcotte of Epping, NH and his son James P. Fisher and his fiancee Shannon Carter of Hooksett, NH. Richard was predeceased by his beloved son, David Allen Fisher and stillborn daughter, Kimberly Jean Fisher. Richard also leaves behind his grandchildren, Randy W. Marcotte Jr., Kyle D. Fisher, Marissa J. Marcotte and Kaitlyn E. Risoni, as well as step-grandchildren, Sabrina, Leah, Nadia and Julie. Richard will be very missed by his family and friends.
Calling hours will be held on April 19, 2019, from 6 to 8 PM, at the Brewitt Funeral Home, 9 Pleasant St., in Epping, NH and welcome to family, friends and the community.
