Stacia Josephine Bouchard, 100, died March 14, 2017 at the The Commons Memory Care Unit in Lincoln, MA. She was born April 29, 1916 in Exeter, NH, daughter of the late Stephen and Josephine (Waleryszak) Krol.
Stacia lived over 100 years in Exeter, NH. She was a proud graduate of Robinson Female Seminary. Stacia was very active with her church and local groups. She was lovingly married to Leo Carl Bouchard for 45 years. He predeceased her in 1983. Stacia was a communicant of St. Michael's Church in Exeter where she was also a member of St. Michael's Alter Society and the Catholic Woman's Club. She also was active in prayer group and volunteering her time at Exeter Hospital and local nursing homes. Stacia was a past President of the former Polish Woman's Club and member of the Fireman Woman's Auxiliary.
She spent many summers on Onway Lake in Raymond, NH and wintered in Indian Harbor Beach, FL. Stacia was an avid golfer and was a longtime member of the Exeter Country Club.
In addition to her husband, Stacia was predeceased by her oldest son, Paul Bouchard.
She is survived by her daughter and son-in-law, Nancy and Randall Fincke, daughter, Joan Dawson Myers, son and daughter-in-law, Carl and Pauline Bouchard, daughter-in-law, Pat Bouchard, 10 grandchildren, numerous great-grandchildren, and a cousin, Loretta Brown.
There are no calling hours.
A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated on Friday, March 24, 2017 at 11:00 AM at St. Michael Church, Exeter, NH.
Burial will follow in the Exeter Cemetery.
Following the burial, a reception will be held at the Exeter Inn.
