Marjorie A. (Nason) George Leith, 93, died June 30, 2017 at the Colonial Poplin Nursing Home in Fremont, NH.
She was born April 26, 1924 in Kingston, NH, daughter of the late Ernest and Esther (Patch) Nason.
Marjorie lived more than half of her life in Kingston, NH before moving to Epping, NH where she resided from 1980-2017. She married Warren George and they had three children together. She loved staying home to raise her children as she always appreciated spending time with her family. For many years, Marjorie greatly enjoyed raising animals like rabbits and guinea pigs to sell to local area pet stores. In her spare time, she liked to crochet. Later, she married Robert Leith and they enjoyed many happy years of marriage together.
She was predeceased by her first husband, Warren George, second husband, Robert Leith, a son, Louis W. George, a sister, Lillian Staples, two brothers, Donald Nason and Roger Nason.
Marjorie is survived by her son and daughter-in-law, Dennis S. and Roxann George of Epping, NH, a daughter, Rosalie S. George of Harrington, ME., six grandchildren, fourteen great grandchildren, and one great-great grandchild, 2 nieces, Linda Goodwin of Poland, ME and Rita Martin of Kingston, NH.
Private services were held for the family at the Pine Grove Cemetery, Kingston, NH.
