Linda Page, 69, died September 6, 2017 at Rockingham County Nursing Home in Brentwood, NH with her daughter by her side. A native and longtime resident of Raymond, NH, she was born May 11, 1948, daughter of Roy W. & Edna G. (Sanborn) Hoitt.
Living majority of her life in Raymond, NH and a short period in Greenland, NH, she touched the lives of many. Linda worked at the Raymond Shoe Shop in Raymond, NH and at Standard Sash and Door in Derry, NH.
She had many sayings like "don't do anything I wouldn't do," but one favorite of hers was, "don't take any wooden nickels." Linda loved to crochet and made many blankets for friends and family over the years. She loved listening to country music and often you'd hear her sing "I've got the money honey, you've got the time." Linda loved to chat on the phone and always loved people stopping by to visit. She also enjoyed playing a card game of war. She had a kind, gentle heart that loved everyone. Linda had an infectious laugh and sense of humor that was one of a kind.
Besides her parents, she was predeceased by her son Edward William Page in 1996. She is survived by her children: her son, Ronald Peter "Pete" Page Jr. of Alton, NH & her daughter, Brenda Lynn (Page) Malone of Epping, NH.
Linda's daughter Brenda would like to thank the staff at Fairweather Lodge in Greenland, NH for their unconditional love and care they gave to Linda. A very special thank you to support staff Brenda Short & Tara "Boss Lady" at the Lodge.
Linda's daughter would also like to thank the staff at Rockingham County Nursing Home and the incredible support staff on Driscoll 2.
Visiting hours will be held on Friday, September 15, 2017 at the Brewitt Funeral Home in Raymond, NH from 4pm-7pm. A graveside service will be held on Saturday, September 16, 2017 at 11:00 AM at the Village Cemetery in Fremont, NH.
