Jean M. Langdon, 73, of Exeter, NH passed away on February 6, 2018 at the Exeter Hospital. She was born in Lynn, MA on January 14, 1945, daughter of Stephen A. and Gertrude (Andrews) LeColst.
Jean grew up in Lynn and was a Lynn English High School graduate. She was a longtime resident of South Boston and a former longtime resident of Raymond and Epping, NH before moving to Exeter about four years ago.
Jean worked at Spaulding and Frost in NH for many years before becoming a CNA and working at the Rockingham County Nursing Home in Brentwood, NH until her retirement. Jean loved her pets. Over the years she rescued many cats and dogs and will be missed by her dog, Shadow. She liked to travel, spend time at the beach and loved spending time with her family, especially her grandchildren.
Jean was predeceased by her husband, Frank A. Langdon who died in 2013; her brother, Stephen LeColst and her sister, Frances Midgett. She is survived by her son, Jerald Cordero and his wife Christina of Haverhill, MA; her grandchildren, Matthew, Nathaniel and Holly Cordero; her nieces and nephews, David Crossman and wife Anna, Stephen Meneades, Scott Meneades and wife Laurie; her great nieces and nephews, Matthew and Michelle and her close family friend, Grace Meneades and her husband Chris.
A graveside service will be held in Holbrook Cemetery in Candia, NH later this spring.
